Module 2:  Soft Skills for Personal and Professional Success –

Course Objective

This course aims to equip learners with essential soft skills to enhance their personal and professional growth. Participants will gain a deep understanding of emotional intelligence, adaptability, creativity, leadership, and effective communication techniques. The course prepares students for real-world challenges by fostering self-awareness, resilience, and a proactive approach to career success.
