Course Objective
This course is designed to prepare participants for successful entry and growth in professional careers. It focuses on foundational career development skills, negotiation strategies, interview and group discussion readiness, and advanced assessment techniques.
Through practical activities and simulations, participants will enhance their ability to navigate selection processes, communicate effectively, and excel in competitive professional environments.

- Develop and refine career development skills, including resume optimization and self-introduction techniques.
- Understand and apply effective negotiation strategies to achieve win-win outcomes.
- Prepare confidently for various types of personal interviews, including telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face formats.

- Practice session: Role Play buyer-seller negotiations.

Unit 3: Mock Personal Interviews (P.I.)

- Preparing for interviews: Research, resume alignment, and confidence building.
- Conducting Mock PI (Telephonic)
- Conducting Mock PI (Virtual)
- Conducting Mock PI (Face to Face)
- Structuring responses.
- Handling challenging questions and showcasing soft skills.
- Activities:
- Mock interview sessions with peer and facilitator feedback.
- Recording and reviewing interviews to improve verbal and non-verbal communication.

Unit 4: Mock Group Discussions (G.D.)

- Do’s and Don’ts in a G.D.
